Description:
The part-time Broista position is primarily responsible for handcrafting Dutch Bros drinks while following set recipes, guidelines and the vision of the company. A Broista is expected to provide excellent customer service at all times, proving to our customers that we are a people company serving coffee, not a coffee company serving people.
Physical Requirements:
- Constant standing/walking, up to 8 hours at a time
- Constant receiving of detailed information through oral and written communication
- Constant talking, expressing or exchanging ideas by means of verbal communication
- Constant clarity of vision at near or far distances
- Frequent, continual, intermittent flexing, or rotation of the wrist(s), spine and neck
- Frequent cash handling requiring competent math skills
- Occasional pushing, pulling, lifting, or carrying up to 50 pounds
- Occasional ascending or descending on ladders, steps or ramps
- Occasional stooping, kneeling or crawling
